hey guys! this is my second story... i know ki first abhi complete nahi hai par in dono stories ka idea mujhe ek saath hi aaya tha... kya karun... hope you will enjoy this one as well!
Note: donon stories ke characters ke naam same hain par unka aapas mein koi connection nahi hai...yahan tak ki characters ka background bhi different hai aur personalities bhi... donon stories ka start bhi same hai... till introduction of the new character...

Chapter 1: kya tumhe yaad hai?
yeh story bhi shuru hoti hai meri pichli story ki tarha...acp sir ne bulayi hai meeting... aur kaha hai ki shreya ne liya hai transfer...aur uski jagah aa rahi hai ek nayi officer...
(a young lady enters the bureau...she is tall and fair but very serious looking... she greets acp sir...abhijeet looks at daya and is shocked to see the emotions in his eyes...)
Lady: Inspector shunya reporting sir!
ACP: ye hain Inspector Shunya...Cid delhi ki ek honhar officer aur aaj se CID Mumbai ka ek hissa...aao Shunya, main tumhe sabse introduce karva deta hoon...
(and acp sir introduces everyone and she responds silently with a polite smile and curt nod...but when he introduces daya... abhijeet is shocked to see a pain and some signs of familiarity in the eyes of both...afterwards all of them get engaged as a case is reported...)
Scene: evening, CID Bureau...
(all officers have already left... only abhi, daya and acp sir are left in the bureau... duo are completing some filework...suddenly, abhijeet approaches daya...)
Daya: kya baat hai abhi? koi kaam tha kya?
Abhi: (seriously) Daya, kaun hai wo ladki?
Daya: (confused) kaun ladki abhi? (teasing) tumhe to jab dekho ladkiyan hi sujhti rehti hain... Dr. Tarika se complaint karni padegi! ;)
Abhi: (angry) dekh daya, main mazak ke mood mein nahi hoon...sach-sach bata mujhe kaun hai wo ladki?
Daya: kaun si ladki abhi? yeh kya ladki- ladki ki rat lagaye baithe ho, haan? agar meri zindagi mein koi aisi ladki hoti to tumhe na pata hota? Abhi, Shreya ke baad to...
Abhi: daya, main uss ladki ki baat kar raha hoon jo aaj bureau mein aayi hai, woh inspector Shunya (daya shocked and tries to deny, but abhi interrupts) jhooth mat bolna daya, teri aankhon mein pehchan ke rang dekhe the maine... (shouts) bata kaun hai wo daya?
ACP: (coming out of his cabin) kya baat hai abhijeet, kyun chilla rahe ho daya pe?
Abhi: sir aap hi puchhiye na isse... aaj jo officer aayi hai na, daya janta hai use, par bata nahi raha...maine un dono ki aankhon mein signs of familiarity dekhe hain sir...ek dard dekha hai...phir kyun daya chhupa raha hai humse?
ACP: (in a strict tone) Daya, kya baat hai? kya tum sach me usse jante ho? (loudly, as daya is silent)batao daya!
Daya: (suddenly stands up and shouts) nahi...nahi janta main use...bilkul nahi jaanta...kyun aap dono pichhe pade ho mere...maine kaha na ki main use nahi janta... nahi janta... AAH!
(suddenly daya holds his head and cries out in pain...abhi and acp try to help him but he faints!)
Abhi and Acp: DAYA!
Abhi:(worried) kya ho gaya achanak isse sir! main abhi paani leke aata hoon! (sprinkles water on his face...) Daya! daya! uth na yaar!
ACP: utho daya! (to abhi) lagta hai isse hospital le jaana hoga!
Abhi: main...main abhi ambulance bulata hoon sir! (and he leaves to call with moist eyes)
(both ACP and abhijeet wait for the ambulance in tension while trying continuously but unsuccessfully to make daya conscious...but both are unable to notice a pair of eyes hiding at the entry of cid bureau and observing them with tears in her eyes! as the sound of ambulance siren comes, she hastily leaves!)
kya hua hai daya ko? kya wo jaanta hai iss ladki ko? kyun ho gaya daya behosh? aur kaun hai jo chhup-chhup ke aansoon baha raha hai? janiye agle chapters main!
