A dark haired girl entered Seirin High and waved at everyone with a cheery smile that always brings smiles to everyone's faces.
"Hey, Haruki!" A certain coach waved at her with a smile. Haruki walked over to her senpai and also best friend.
"Hi, Riko-san! I'm sorry I'm late!" Haruki says and hugs the coach of the Seirin Basketball Team, Riko Aida.
Riko giggled and patted Haruki on the back.
"Its okay, Haruki-chan! No one can be mad at you!" Both girls smile and giggle. The bell rang signalling the morning ceremony to begin and Haruki rushed to her line with Riko tailinh behind her.
As the students see Haruki, they started whispering how a beauty like her waste her image as a manager of the basketball team. But no one can hate her. A simple smile from Haruki can make them want to be friends with her.
*Time Skip*
"Oi, Haruki." Haruki looks up from her book and smiles at Kagami Taiga, the Ace of the basketball team.
"What is it, Kagami?" Haruki asks, putting down her book and stares at Kagami who blushes.
"Uhm... C-Can y-you p-please c-come w-with m-me?" Kagami stutters out and Haruki giggles accepting the invitation. Kagami walks away and Haruki follows behind wondering what he wanted to show her.
A certain bluenette looks at his best friend with his usual poker face and sighs. Kagami told him to wait in the gym and headed off somewhere.
"Where is Kagami-kun?" Kuroko sighs and a thought struck him as a light tint of pink rose to his cheeks.
"N-No way Kagami-kun would bring her here..." Kuroko slaps his face and sighs. He sits down on the benches and waits for his best friend.
For months, Kuroko had always watched Haruki from afar. He had a crush on Haruki, but he'd never admit it. Why would someone so popular have a crush on an invisible guy like him?
Kuroko sighs sadly and Nigou barks, pokinh his head out of the bag. Kuroko smiles and pats Nigou on the head. Nigou smiles and barks. Kuroko hears the gym door open and close then turns.
"Umm... Anyone here?" His eyes widen seeing his long time, well few months, crush looking around the gym confused.
"Why did Kagami bring me here? He said that I havent known everyone in school." Haruki mutters out then suddenly she hears a whisper that seems to echo around the gym," Notice me..." Haruki frantically looks around the gym and finally sees a boy, a bit taller than her, a few feet away from her. An awkward silence fell on both of them. And Haruki was the first to break it.
"Umm..Are you new here?" Haruki managed to ask. She didnt know why, but her heart started beating crazy when she saw the blue-haired boy. The boy gave her a small smile thar caused her to blush.
"You...dont know me? I thought Haruki-san knows everyone in school?" The boy says stifling a laugh. Haruki's face turn red and asks," Wait...you already school here?" The boy nods and walks slowly towards her.
"You finally noticed me, Haruki-san... Months ago, close or afar. You never seem to notice me." Kuroko stops infront of his crush and smiles. Haruki blushes bright red that caused him to blush too.
"How come...-" "Finally, you noticed me.." Kuroko hugs her unconsciously. Haruki smiles.
"Y-Yeah... I finally noticed you... Tetsu-kun..." Haruki hugs back Kuroko.
"I love you, Haruki..."
"I love you too."
