I've always ignored her. She used to be so annoying. Her cute voice and pretty looks always made me angry somehow. She used to follow me around everywhere. She used to talk to me all the time too, even though I never talked back. I'd never look at her either. Then that night when she cried and screamed, begging me not to leave her, I left her on a bench in the cold night with a broken heart.

Now I'm back and she's changed. She loses her temper a lot quicker than she used to. She's strong and she no longer talks to me or stares at me. Instead of her following me everywhere she tends to avoid me or pretend I'm not there. I have to admit I kind of miss the old her.

TWO MONTHS LATER

I'm fighting. I'm losing. One more hit and I'll be a goner for sure. Naruto is missing and she's fighting that puppet boy over there. She's hurt, and I can't help her. She's in her own little world right now, I can tell. She's staring right through me with glazed over eyes. She's let her guard down completely and that puppet boy is charging at her. She's going to die, I'm sure of it. She's got a sword pierced through her stomach, but she's still staring at me. Wait, AT me. Not through me. Here comes the final hit....

He closed his eyes and lifted his arms up as a last pathetic attempt to block the last blow. But it never came. Instead when he looked up he saw her. Her blood was dripping onto the ground and the sword that was once through her stomach, was now in her hands. She was half dead and she was fighting to save him. Her will was the only thing keeping her going. It was a dreadful sight.

"Run."

His eyes widened. Why? Why is she doing this? Does she still love me? I don't understand.

"Hurry up and get out of here, you teme!"

The girl screamed as she charged at the man. There was the sound of metal clashing for a while and then a sudden thud. Silence.

Sasuke stared at Sakura with onyx eyes wide open with shock, and tears flowing freely down his face. He fell to his knees and began to sob loudly. He stared at Sakura as a kunai was thrown through his heart. He fell to the ground like a rag doll and landed beside his companion. His last words were filled with regret.

"Thank you."

Well that was really random. XD sorry baout the shortness and randomness of this. I got bored in ICT so I wrote this up. lol Please review even if it a bad review or just some random word k? well that all Ja ne mina-san! ^^
