Chapter 1 : Decisions & Wonders
I sat in the sand watching the sunset I was wondering is this right? What should I do, should I say yes or turn him down? Will this go right or wrong, what will happen. All these things went through Ashleys mind. Zac asked her for her hand in marriage she didn't know what to do. "Ash" Zac yelled running through the thick yellow sand "ZAC!". Ashley yelled with a huge smile on her face. "Have you deiced" he asked blankly "Its ok if no its your choice". UH OH I didn't t know what to do I was frightened.
"Yes I will marry you" I said wondering if this was there right choice. "Ashley" Zac said happily as they kissed, it felt like ….I really don't know how to describe this wonderful feeling. "I have to go tell my folks" Zac said running to his house "I love you Zac" Ashley yelled with tears of happiness dripping from her eyes "I love you too" he yelled back as he went into his house. I did what was right I loved him and nothing could tear us apart.
Suddenly Lucas came and sat next to me "Hey… I heard over congrats " he said happily. I looked in his eyes those beautiful blue eyes. 'NO, NO, NO I cant like Lucas am engaged to Zac.' she thoguht. I looked at him and made a smile making me look like I was diving in his ocean eyes. "Um Ash are you okay ?" he asked with a confused look upon his face, " Oh am okay. Well I got to go now bye." I ran home I had to get away from Lucas. How can I have feelings for him, I am a engaged woman. I got to my house, my mom was out again and dad was watching T.V as usual. "Dad…. I am GETTING MARRIED!" she said to him in front of the T.V screen. "That's nice hunny now go to bed." he said drowsy .Her dad was a drunk and was about to pass out. Ashley went up to her bedroom and got in her PJ's. She plopped her self in bed she looked out the window and looked out the windows there weren't many stars in the sky tonight. "Good night Mrs.Efron" she said ton herself and went to sleep.
