Amusing (adj.) – pleasantly entertaining or diverting;

The blond cook was many things: an excellent chef, a phenomenal fighter, a suave gentleman and –

"Nami my sweet, may I say you look ravishing this morning!" the cook's thick accent cried from somewhere on the main deck.

Suppressing an amused smirk, an observant pair of dark eyes that belonged to the tiny form of the ship's artist peeked over the railing of the upper deck to look upon the love struck chef.

Her fingers flowed across the rough paper of her sketch book as she captured every detail of the amusing male: the way his hair gleamed in the sunlight, the curl of his brow, the drool that ran down the side of his mouth as he ogled the sunbathing navigator. This wasn't the first time she had captured the "Love Cook" in one of his more….entertaining moods and she was almost positive that it wouldn't be her last.

"Yes, thank you Sanji," the orange haired navigator replied in an almost bored like manner. She was used to the cook's unwanted attention and could easily act as if he wasn't standing above her eyeing her like a piece of meat. As if to prove her point, the girl turned onto her stomach so her back could get an evening tan as well.

"Is there anything I can get you? Just say the word, Nami my flower and I will gladly oblige!" He was like an eager puppy, ready to please his "sweet" upon her beck and call; an amusing song and dance which never got old.

Before Nami could reply, the loud – energetic yell of the ship's captain sounded just behind the tiny artist. She cast a glance over her shoulder to see her excited captain leap off the top deck and land before an irritated Sanji.

"Sanji I'm hungry! Make me something to eat!" The dark haired boy's whining effectively ruined the moment between the chef and navigator, much to the cook's irritation.

"Go find something in the fridge, Luffy!" Sanji said through clenched teeth. He sent the boy a warning glance before he turned his loving attention back to Nami. However, Luffy was not to be put off so easily.

"But I already finished all that off!" Sanji growled low in his throat and turned to tell the rubber man off but was stopped by Nami.

"Sanji, go make Luffy something to eat, he'll keep on whining until he gets his way." His reaction was instantaneous. It was almost as if she had accepted his proposal for marriage. He had quickly complied with the navigator's request, making sure to grab Luffy on his quick haste to the kitchen.

From her position on the upper deck, the tiny artist giggled softly. There was never a dull moment aboard the Going Merry and she constantly found inspiration in the least likely of places. She chanced a look down at her finished piece of art and found herself quite pleased with the outcome.

The blond cook was many things: an excellent fighter, a phenomenal chef, a suave gentlemen, and….

The tiny artist giggled softly once more, wiping her paint stained fingers clean on her work pants. This was undoubtedly one of her better pieces of the cook. She smiled fondly at the piece. One word came to mine as she picked up the piece of art, eager to present it to the cook – "Amusing." She skipped down to the galley to give Sanji his present.
