Secret Friend
This secret I must keep,
from this dragon I could reap
so much knowledge, and maybe I'll learn
more about dragons, I could earn
a real friend who wouldn't care
that I don't really belong there
with the other Vikings, maybe
if I help him, he'll give me company.
If I help him fly again
and we succeed, then
we both could have someone
that wouldn't judge what we've done.
It's my fault that he can't fly
so I guess I have to try...
maybe I could invent something,
perhaps I could build Toothless a new wing.
But I have to keep it hidden
from everyone, this friendship forbidden.
Maybe, from this an unlikely friend
and I could bring this war to an end.
