Santana had seen it coming.
The brown bag, strangely placed in the parking lot.
She'd just thought nothing of it, dismissing it for containing half a sandwich or perhaps some dog crap.
But as soon as Sebastian had started pulling out that extra large cup of slushie Santana knew she had been wrong. And it made her angry to no end that a Warbler had tricked her, had thrown the cold ice drink at one of her fellow Glee club members and now Blaine was writhing in pain on the floor. What the hell had that boy done?
Santana Lopez was going to find out. While Kurt made an attempt to calm Blaine she slipped away from the group in pursuit on the group of Dalton boys now heading away from them. So she could feel more 'Bad' she put her leather jacket hood up. It worked.
The Latina melted into the shadows a she tracked them; out of the parking lot, back towards town. But as the majority of the almost identical (well, they seemed identical with their dapper uniforms) for into the Dalton mini bus, that Smythe boy was singled out. It seemed he was walking home by himself.
A smirk spread across Santana's face. Speeding up her pace she was soon only a couple of steps behind him when he turned around.
"Whoa!" Sebastian exclaimed in alarm, then composed himself again. "Is the little Latina girl coming to spy on me? Not satisfied with your loss?" He tried to sound calmer and sarcastic, praying that the dark covered the shock on his face.
It worked, Santana felt that usual annoyance that she usually felt when she was around Sebastian rise up inside her. "You know why I followed you." She hissed. "What the hell did you do to Blaine?"
Sebastian rolled his eyes. "It wasn't meant for him."
"You think that makes it okay?" Her eyebrows were high on her forehead. This boy was unbelievable.
"Of course not. I'm just saying…" He trailed off. "I guess it just shows how 'bad' we are, Hm?" Sebastian finished triumphantly. He knew this was a losing battle, especially since he had a huge crush on Blaine. He'd hurt him. And knowing what was in that slushie, it really would have hurt the boy.
"Can we all stop being so corny with the whole 'bad' thing? It's stupid. And we all know that the Dalton Boys will never be bad. We're just helping you to realise that."
It was getting dark. "Okay, Miss Hoe-pez. If you don't mind, I have to get home."
"Aw, will Mommy be wondering where you are?" Santana smirked and tilted her head.
Sebastian narrowed his eyes. "No. I just don't have the time to be wasting with you. Now how about you run off to little Blaine'y boo and help him get that rock salt out his eyes?" He turned on his heel, instantly regretting telling the Latina the secret ingredient.
He swiftly walked away, leaving Santana watching him go with her mouth gaping open.
"Dammit." She muttered under her breath. "Should've got that on tape. No proof now." She shook her head and began a slow walk back towards where the group was going to be. Santana guessed she had for what she wanted.
