Hello and welcome the the first chapter of my second fanfic ever created, this is Gundam: Full Buster. I got the inspiration from watching Gundam Unicorn and then I decided that I would make my own story on this. I might include characters from the original show, I'm not sure yet, but anyway, let's see how the first chapter of Gundam: Full Buster goes!

Chapter 1:

One day in a military base of unknown origin to our soon to be hero, Brandon, who was at the age of 8 at the time and he had blonde hair and blue eyes.He was a child slave worker, and he was digging a tunnel that he was assigned to dig, when his vision suddenly changed from reality to a dream-like world, and in front of him, was a massive mech, that was red and black in color, and on its head, was a set of four golden horns, perfectly symmetrical in every way. It mesmerized Brandon as he stared at it in awe. He reached out to touch it, but just before he could come in contact with it, he felt a sharp pain in the back of his head, and as his vision returned to the real world, he figured out that it was his slave driver, who had struck him in the back of the head with a baton. The slave driver then yelled, "GET BACK TO WORK YOU SCUM!!!!!!" Brandon then gave him a fierce frown, and then picked up his pick axe again, and then continued to smash the rocks that were laid out before him. It was about one hour later when Brandon asked his slave driver, "Why are we using pick axes when we have laser drills and even industrial sized drills to use? Wouldn't the thing you are trying to get be gotten faster if we used them?" The slave driver smirked and then said, "And where's the fun in doing that? I want to see all of you suffer, and there isn't anything anyone can do about that because you are my property, so if anyone does try to free you, it will be theft!" Brandon then gave a disheartened look, and then continued to smash the rocks in front of him. Two years have passed since then, and Brandon was now 10 years old, and he already got a six pack, and large muscles around his body. One day, when Brandon was mining, another man that looked about the age of 30 was working next to him, he had dark brown hair, and blue eyes, and yet he already had wrinkles all over his face. Anyway Brandon was smashing more rocks with his pick axe, and he seemed to have hit a metal ore rock, and then Brandon seemed to be unable to smash it. The man next to him looked at where Brandon was working and said, "Oh you hit one of those, I can show you how to break those easier if you want." Brandon looked at him strangely, and then reluctantly nodded, and moved out of the way for the man, and then he showed a technique that almost instantly tore half of the metal from its place. Brandon then said, "Thanks, I'll try to use it the take care of the rest. Who are you anyway?" The man turned around to face Brandon, and then he said, "The name's Markus, my nickname used to be Harbinger though." Brandon's eyes widened when he heard the nickname, since he knew the name from when he was 5 years old, he heard that a guy named Harbinger destroyed a whole army of mobile suits within a few seconds, using only a laser sword. Brandon then said, "Oh my god! You are like, my favorite hero ever! I've heard about what you did to so many armies and how little of a chance of victory they had!" Markus then laughed and said, "Well it's good that at least somebody here knows who I am! But I bet you don't know how I ended up here now do you?" Brandon then shoot his head, and then Markus explained how he ended up here, "So I was up against an army bigger than I have ever faced, and I almost taken out all our them, but then their squad leader that piloted a mobile suit called 'Kshatriya', launched some funnels at my mech, and then they blasted every bit of my mech except for the cockpit, so I survived." Brandon then asked, "So how did you end up here? Shouldn't you be dead?" Markus then laughed again before saying, "Well that's the thing, she took me in as a prisoner on her ship, and then once she made it to a black market station, she sold me into slavery, and well, here I am." Brandon then gave him a look that looked like he was marveling at him. But then the moment was cut short when a whip cracked at the ground, and then they both jumped back to work. Then the slave driver yelled, "I KEEP ON TELLING YOU THIS AND I'M GOING TO SAY IT AGAIN!!!!! GET BACK TO WORK MAGGOTS!!!!!!!" That was the day Brandon made his first friend, even though he was a little old. Another two years later, Brandon was now 12 years old, and he was already developing a deeper voice. Markus and Brandon has became best friends at this point, since the other slaves were either really rude, or just really introverted. But one faithful day, Brandon was mining the tunnel, that was supposed to be completed yesterday. But then a sound that sounded like a massive amount of explosives went off outside, and then the slave driver along with the rest of the slaves walked outside, but Brandon was forgotten because he was sitting behind the vehicle that belonged to the slave driver. It looked like a cross between a truck and a tank. Anyway, Markus was sitting with Brandon at the time, and he was also forgotten. Markus ten said, "I don't know what's happening, but I think this may be the time we can finally break free from this dump." Brandon then asked, "What do you mean? How will we even leave without a vehicle to drive away from, and even if we had that, How do we get off planet?" Markus then laughed, and then said, "Well I kept this a secret from you because if I told you right away you would have leaked the secret out, but I know of a special mobile suit that is being held underground really close to this tunnel. So all we have to do is dig a little more, but also a little off coarse to find it. Are you with me?" Brandon's eyes lit up with over-joy, and then said, "Yes! Let's ditch this hell hole!" Markus then smiled and said, "That's what I like to hear, now let's get to digging." He then handed Brandon his pick axe, and then Brandon never dug faster in his life, probably because he had actual motivation to dig for once. Then Brandon heard some shouts from outside, "THEY ARE ATTACKING!!!!!! IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE THEY TAKE THE BASE!!!!!!!!" The line Brandon just heard sent chills down his spine, because he knew that it was a serious problem that was happening outside. After one more hour of digging, Brandon smashed his pick axe through the rock one more time, and then he felt as if the pick went right through the wall and hit air. When he removed the pick from the hole he made, he noticed some light coming from the hole he made. Brandon then put his eye up against the hole to peer through it, and what he saw startled him. It was the giant red mech that he saw in that vision 4 years ago. Brandon then started to smash away the rocks around the hole, and then he made a hole big enough for both Markus and himself to get through. Brandon took the first few steps into the room, and he was in utter awe once again, as he stared at the perfectly symmetrical mech once more. The golden horns, that had two on each side of his head, and the red paint that covered most of the chassis, except the knee plates and shoulder plates, and some bits and pieces around the mech that were colored black, and the face, had a mouth cover along with two eyes above it that were blacked out currently because it wasn't activated. Markus then stepped into the the room, and then looked at the mech and said, "Whoooa, now that's a fancy one. I wish I had my mobile suit here to scan it and figure out its type, I've never seen one like this." Brandon then turned to Markus in surprise and asked, "Wait, you've never seen this one before?" Markus then shook his head, which surprised Brandon even more because he was a destroyer of armies, he must have fought many types of mobile suits. Brandon turned back to the mech, and ran closer to inspect it closer, as he reached the back of the mech, he looked up, and saw a really big, metal backpack like attachment, that had a lion symbol on the backpack. Brandon then found stairs that led to the cockpit, so he started to climb them, with Markus right behind him. Once Brandon reached the cockpit, it opened up almost right away, and then a really deep, menacing AI voice said, "Welcome Brandon, we have been waiting for you." Brandon jumped in terror of the random voice that already somehow knew his name. Markus then gave Brandon a slight shove to get him in the mech, and then Brandon found a seat in the middle of a tiny room, that was big enough to carry about two more people besides the pilot. Brandon offered the seat to Markus who refused and said, "No, I already had my fun with mobile suits, I think you should have a turn, and don't worry about not knowing how, I'll teach you." Brandon then smiled and then sat down in the pilot seat, and then a the cockpit closed up, and then Markus sat down next to Brandon. Then two handles lowered down on each side of Brandon, and then a screen raised up from the floor that said some words that Brandon couldn't read because he never was able to go to school. Brandon then asked, "What does this mean?" Markus then leaned over and read out the words on the screen, "Welcome Brandon, You are piloting the Gundam Neuro, Powering up main core." Markus then reacted in surprise when he read, "Gundam". Brandon then asked, "What's so special about Gundam?" Markus then said, "They were rumored to be all destroyed, but apparently not, I think you may have ended up driving something I don't know how to drive." Brandon then gulped a lump down his throat from being nervous until he heard the AI voice speak again, "Would you like a tutorial on how to pilot this model?" Brandon then said, "Yes." and then the AI voice started to speak again, "Initiating tutorial mode..." then they waited around a bit, and then the voice continued, "I am the AI known as Neuro, I am also the very mech that you pilot, I am happy to serve, anyway, I activated tutorial mode, which means what you will soon see happening won't really be happening, we will be stationary the whole time, and it will only be a simulation." Brandon then said, "Oh well that's nice." Then the Neuro said, "First, in order to move the arms, use the handles located next to your hands." Brandon then spotted the handles and grabbed onto them and started moving them around and then the mech arms started moving in the simulation. Then Neuro said, "Next, in order to move, use the feet pedals that your feet should be located on already." Brandon then started pressing the petals down as if he was trying to walk, and then the mech in the simulation started to move. Neuro then said, "You are a fast learner Brandon, anyway, here is about the final part of the tutorial, this is to use the rocket boosters in order to provide aerial combat and/or a boosted melee attack. In order to boost, press the red button on the right handle that says 'Boost' on it." Brandon then saw the button on the right handle, and when he clicked it, the mech literally lauched into a wall in the simulation, and then he said, "Whoa that's some powerful thrusters." Neuro then said, "Indeed, I am now disabling the simulation, so the movements you do from this point forward will be real life movements." Brandon then nodded in understanding, and then the dark room they were in lit up and started to show what was around them, and as the screen lit up, Brandon spotted some people in dark green battle armor, but they didn't bring mobile suits thankfully. Markus then leaned forward and almost yelled, "Those are Xeon troops." Brandon then asked, "What's so special about these, Xeon troops?" Markus then said, "Remember my story from about two years back, about that mobile suit 'Kshatriya'? Well that mobile suit is part of that army." Brandon's eyes then lit up with fear, now that he knew that the very people who captured his hero were here too. Then the troops in front of them started speaking, "So that's the mech we are after?" and then the other said, "Yep, I guess it's time to call in HQ and tell em we found it." Then the other said, "Man I can't wait for that promotion for doing this." Then Brandon got extra nervous, he now knew they were after the mech that HE was in. Then Neuro asked, "I need a blood sample from you alone Brandon so I can activate security measures, will you proceed with this?" Brandon then said, "Yes." and after that, a needle shot out of the arm rest of the pilot seat, and stabbed Brandon in the arm, and then it retracted back into the seat. Then Neuro said, "Blood sample taken, you are now the official pilot of the Gundam Neuro, Congratulations." Then on the outside of the mech, the eyes lit up in a bright blue light and then the Xeon Soldiers in front of them said, "Oh shit! We've got a problem!" Then Brandon moves the mech forward, tipping the staircase over and slamming down on one of the soldiers, and then Brandon stepped on the other, making a puddle of blood on the floor and nothing else. Brandon then gave an evil smirk after he did that, and then said, "There is absolutely nothing that will stop me from getting off this planet!"

Thanks for reading the very first chapter of my new story, Gundam: Full Buster, I am sorry if it wasn't as exciting as everyone hoped for, but I promise that there will be lots of action in the next chapter.
