Coming Back
Me: Hi! I've wanted to do a DanXRuno story, so here it is!
Disclaimer: I don't own Bakugan or the characters.
On a warm summer day in Wardington, a moving truck was pulling up to a house.
A teenage boy smiled a toothy grin, as he put his hands behind his head. This boy had brown hair that look kind of like flames, and his eyes were like a red color. He was wearing a short red overcoat with black pockets over a bright yellow short-sleeved T-shirt. He was also wearing long red trousers with black stripes just below his knees, the ends of which are neatly tucked into his blue-tongued black sneakers.
"Mom, I'm going to the park!" He yelled, grabbing his bike.
"Okay Dan, come back for dinner we're having your favorite!" His mother replied, smiling.
Dan nodded then rode to the park.
(Five Minutes Later)
(Dan's Pov)
When I got to the park, I saw the girl that I loved. She was wearing a white shirt, a blue waistcoat, a red tie and khaki shorts with her blue pig tails still intact.
She turned around towards me, and gasped. She and I haven't seen each other in three years.
"D-Dan is that y-you?" The girl asked, as tears fell from her teal blue eyes.
I nodded, smiling as I opened my arms for her. She ran up to me and hit me on the head.
"Ow!" I yelled, rubbing my head.
Then she hugged me.
"Please d-don't leave again." She mumbled as she cried.
I haven't been in my hometown for about three years.
I hugged her back close and said,
"Don't worry Runo I promise that I won't leave you again."
I'm now 17 while Runo was 16.
Runo lifted her head, and I saw her eyes were red and puffy, but she smiled. I rubbed my thumb across her cheek to wipe away the tears.
(Runo's Pov)
As Dan's thumb softly wiped away my tear, I smiled lovingly. I put my hand on top of his, and nuzzled.
"Thank you." I whispered, smiling again.
Dan smiled back at me since my tears had dried. We started to stare into each other's eyes.
Suddenly Dan started to lean down while I tilted my head up.
We finally kissed, it was a soft kind but perfect.
One of his hands was still on my cheek while the other one wrapped around my waist. My hands went around his neck to bring him closer.
We stopped when we heard a flash like a camera flash. Julie jumped out with a bright smile plastered on her face.
"Great shot guys this is goin on the internet!" She exclaimed, with excitement.
(Dan's Pov)
Runo blushed and hid her red cheeked face into my chest as I blushed also as I wrapped an arm around her waist.
"J-Julie leave us alone!" Runo muttered in my chest.
Julie giggled then hopped off as she went far away.
"Come on Runo let's go home." I said, smiling down at her.
Runo nodded then grabbed my hand, and walked home with each other. Man it's great to be back!
