Ch.1
Percy's POV
My life sucks. It all started when my half-brother Brynner was claimed by Poseidon and he went on a quest to kill a hydra and he is treated like he killed a titan which I did.
Flashback
I was on my way to go on a date with Annabeth and propose to her when I heared a moaning coming from the beach. It sounded like Annabeth so I went to see what it was and got the shock of my life. Before me I saw Annabeth making out with Brynner. "I am going to leave Percy for you. You are much better." Annabeth said. "WHAT THE FUCK!" I yelled at them. Annabeth looked at me scared as shit and said "Percy, it's not what you think i-"but I cut her off and said "I heard what you said Annabeth so let me save you some trouble, it's over between us. And to think I was going to propose to you." And with that I stormed off to my cabin to think.
End Flashback
Now I was on my way to the dining hall for dinner when I saw my dad and Brynner up at the head table. I didn't hear what they were saying until I sat down to eat and Poseidon stood up to make an announcement. "Camp Half-Blood I would like you to treat Brynner nicely for he is my favorite son and I need no other." This drew many gasps out of the campers and some of them looked at me. I was like a pot of emotions all brewing in me. First everyone leaves for my brother except for Chiron, Nico, Grover, the Ares cabin, and Thaila. Then my father disowns me in front of camp.
That made me snap. I stood up and walked to my cabin where I packed up all of my stuff. I wrote a note telling everyone who cared not to look for me and that I would come back when I was ready.
Then I left camp.
