The Doctor stood there, fez on his head, proudly admiring his new purchase in the reflection of the Tardis' mirror and even finding himself posing a little bit. His posture less upright than usual, and slightly more flirty to his mirror-self. He clicked his fingers into a gun shape in his reflection, implying his fez made him look 'snazzy' and 'cool'. The sound of a door closing in one of the more central rooms of the Tardis, made him jump a little bit, clumsily making him stumble backwards away from the mirror and lose his balance a little bit. He thought he was alone in the Tardis.
"Hello?" he spouted in confusion, the sound echoing around the centre of the Tardis. He spun around, looking to the other stairwells when a creaking noise sounded from his initial point of focus. He turned back, noticing a silhouette appear out of the main stairwell, where he originally heard the noise.
"Who is it? What do you want?" he called out, vigilance reflecting from his voice. The silhouette moved forward revealing big, bouncy, tightly held hair.
"Hello Sweetie!" the silhouette flirted, revealing their identity - it was River Song. The Doctor quietly let out a sigh of relief to himself, but held a frown to River.
"The look on your face.." She laughed, teasing him.
"River that is not funny." he spat out, in a childish tone, shaking his head.
"Perhaps not...to you!" she laughed, strutting over to him. "Oh come on sweetie..." She exclaimed sympathetically, placing a kiss on his upper neck and straightening his bowtie a little. "We haven't gone back to this now have we?" She said grabbing the fez off his head and teasingly running off with it.
"River! Stop! No. Not the fez!" - suddenly more serious - the fez was at stake. This was possibly the third time River had stolen or destroyed his fez and this time, after getting her own way at their last meeting, she promised he could keep this one for a bit.
"You'll have to come and get it" - her voice flirtatious and sexy. The Doctor didn't usually like to play this chasing or flirting games, but seeing as this was over a fez, he deemed it to be more important.
"River!" He called out, prolonging the letters. There was no sign of her. He stood there and scratched his head in confusion, before spinning round at the sound of creaking floor boards. "Looking for someone?" River grinned, excitedly flirting and giggling as she ran off into another room, The Doctor, inevitably following for his fez.
He entered a room with a large double bed, with hanging curtains around it and golden silk bed sheets. River was laid across the bed, fez in her right hand, held up above her head, at an angle.
"Dr Song!" The Doctor addressed her clambering onto the bed to grab his 'over-rated' Turkish hat. When River threw it onto the floor, amorously pushed The Doctor over on the bed, so he was laid face up and elegantly climbed on top of him.
"There's only one way you are going to get that fez back now" She giggled, grabbing his bowtie with one hand, and softly running the other down his face.
"And what's that?" he asked, trying to camouflage his eager but slightly disorientated smile.
"Spoilers" She teased, placing her had in his jacket and kissing him from the collar bone upwards.
