Description: Honestly, I was really surprised that there weren't more of Snape/Lily poetry, because the unrequited love stirs a lot of emotions, which is needed to write poetry. Anyways…this is a poem about Snape and his longing for the memories of Lily.

"Hide and Go-Seek"

What did the tears

Not erase for you?

When did the well

Became shallow of

Guilt

What did the heart

Hide

From the world

Did the realization

Strike

This game was lost

From the moment

The past hid from you

Are we really here?

Are you still counting

To the time the memories

Will hide

You are ready

Ready

To find them again

The torture of lost pledges

The hideous sounds

Sounds of laughs

The lightning strike on flesh

Aroused from the liquid

In the bottle

Happiness

Seen only once

It is what you seek

Go looking for

While it hides deeper

Maybe

Once you finish counting

You will open your eyes

And see the red headed

Emerald green beauty

You have been longing for

In your game of

Hide and Go-Seek
