She could not get him to say.
Her words and her actions, disregarded.
She received a simple 'thank you'. And a cold bed for a warm night was given.
He was gone.
He was disappointed and confused.
He did not heed her pleas but he will face his punishment.
He did not think that he would accept the offer. There was no need.
He will be back.
She waited.
He came back.
She saw only one.
He was gone.
She could've cried, should've screamed, and would've left.
He said 'sorry' and promised.
She became resolute.
He's gone but he will be back.
He left also.
She stayed behind.
He killed.
They grew. Differently. Apart. Away.
The reunion.
It was awkward.
It was heartbreaking.
It was a nightmare.
He cried. She cried. He left, again.
They continue. He trained, she trained, he killed.
And met again.
They'll never stop.
This. It is their cycle.
Never ending and forever lasting.
