I'm looking for a story.
Edward and Bella were dating/or married( I don't remember). And he left her.
Then she gets a call a few (years?) later, and he's in the hospital. Then after fighting for a little while, their relationship picks back up again. It ends in a few journal entries after he dies. Thanks!
