Laxus groaned as he picked up his phone. All it said was "where are you?" That damn woman needed to leave him alone. He didn't answer he just went back to his drink. He was kicked out of fairy tail so why should that woman still care about him. He was rude and selfish he didn't need anyone but himself. Laxus only cared about Laxus. Even as he said that he knew it was a lie.
It was late at night and Laxus saw his phone light up. He looked at the girl next to him and frowned. He had picked her up at the bar to forget that woman's face and of course it hadn't worked it never worked. Now she had the nerve to call him what was she thinking. He looked at the phone until it went to voicemail. He listened to the voicemail and it was short.
"Laxus where are you the guild needs you…..I need you"she said. That was it and when he got done listening he crushed his phone. She didn't need him the last thing she needed was him screwing up her life.
The next time she called he sighed and took a swig of his beer. Then he answered but he told himself the reason was because of all the beer he had had.
"Where are you"her sweet voice said through the phone. He held his breath for a second hearing her angelic voice again through the phone.
"Hello Laxus are you there why haven't you answered my calls"she asked taking a slightly stern tone with him. He sighed again this woman had been on his mind for months no matter what he tried and she didn't seem to show any signs of giving up on him. Everyone else had why did she find it so hard?
"Mira i'm coming home"he only uttered that one sentence before hanging up.
