Rin turned around and glanced over her shoulder at her. Kagura, perfectly shaped yet so beautifully broken, she thought she had it all, perfect friends, she was popular, beautiful, and her boyfriend was most likely the most wanted man in the eastern side of the globe. She caught Rin's gaze and gripped her boyfriend's waist tighter frowning at the freshman. Rin turned back to her friends and and they all laughed at Kagura's actions. Ayame was the first to say something another freshman like her, she was one of her best friends

"Oh my gosh Rin she feels so threatened by you it's funny"

"I still say you shoulda let me crush her" Sango mumbled, she was the temperamental junior who hated all people liked Kagura like her friends. The cheerleaders who ruled the school for the past three years , Kikyo, the leader had all plans and was the top bitch, Kagura, her most loyal follower who was also the whiner, Kanna, the one with an actual brain but no emotions and Yura, the biggest slut who didn't know what a actual outfit was.

"Sango, We should be nice to them...I mean you took Kanna's boyfriend last year and Yura's had the biggest crush on Koga, who is now wrapped around Ayame's finger as he has been for the last 9 months" Sango and Ayame blushed madly

"And let's not forget that about 10 months ago Kikyo finally realized you and Inuyasha were together when she caught you making out in the halls" Rin remarked sending Kagome into a never ending blush that went down past her neck.

"Rin...why does Kagura feel so threatened by you?"

"...She knows that I have a brain and know how to use it" Rin mocked whispering, her friends laughed with her. She looked over her shoulder again and smirked as Kagura and her clique walked away not noticing her own boyfriend's gaze connecting with her cinnamon orbs. She watched until he turned away and then did the same. She smiled and stood to get to her next class walking by herself to her advanced AP class. She entered her Science class bowing to her teacher and sitting in the back of the room, waiting. Then right on time he entered and took his seat next to her.

"Hello Partner..." Rin smiled staring straight forward, He glanced at her from the corner of his golden orbs and smirked then turned to face her.
