I feel terrible, because I haven't written any stories in the past few MONTHS!. Actually, I have been working on four pieces; a Magic Knights Rayearth oneshot, a fanfiction for 6teen, a Ben 10 longshot parodying the play, The Importance of Being Ernest, and a personal novel, which I have successfully finished the first chapter to! Here's to you, avid reader, for taking the time to read this super short oneshot! I present some RobStar fluffiness written at two in the morning. Enjoy! -HOS

Robin and Starfire sat alone on top of the tower, waiting for the others to return home. They sat in silence for the longest time, as night lingered on and the air became raw and artic. As it turned out, she was cold, and his arm ached. It only seemed fitting for him to rest his arm on her while she sat closer to him in order to keep herself warm. Neither one asked for the embrace to begin, and it was most certainly not planned. It was all random, and both seemed to be happy in each others arms. Even if the embrace seemed flawless to any onlooker, the event between the two was only awkward.

And of course, the boy did not make things any more comfortable. He would try to make conversation, hoping to ease the moment. Robin would always look towards the ocean, saying, "Weird."

At first, Starfire ignored his comments. She did not want to know what Robin was thinking about… Mostly because she was afraid that he found her weird.

They had sat together for a long time, without saying anything to each other. And then, Robin looked towards the horizon and said, "Weird."

Finally, Starfire had enough. She pushed him away as she pushed herself away from the boy she was sitting next to.

"Star? What's wrong?" A very confused Robin asked.

"Please, Robin," Starfire answered, "why is it you believe me to be weird?"

He looked back at her, slightly confused. His confused face turned into a shining grin as he focused on whatever was on the water far away. Without looking back at Starfire, he said, "I don't think you're weird at all. This whole situation is weird… And different."

Starfire stared back at her teammate, hoping he would look at her again. "Is this a bad difference?"

Robin shrugged. "Not really. It's different in a good way, I guess."

"So why is it you must say the word over and over again?"

"Because, I don't know what else to say, really. In case you haven't noticed, I'm not one for conversations."

"Then do not speak. Enjoy the moment while it remains here."

Robin looked back over the sea, this time, not saying a thing. Starfire closed back into him, and he put his arm around her shoulders. He only smiled, knowing he wasn't the only one enjoying every second.
