A year after saying goodbye to his partner, Veemon walked through a forest with Agumon. When they reached the biggest tree in the forest, they found a mysterious looking lamp. "What's up with this lamp?" asked Veemon. Agumon shook his head, saying "I don't know". Veemon then thought it was a genie's lamp and began to rub it. Suddenly, purple mist came out of nowhere.
All of the sudden, a purple figure appeared out of nowhere and asks the two digimon "Who has awakened me?" Veemon said "W-w-we did." The purple stranger than introduced himself as Geniemon. Then, he exclaimed "Those who have awakened me, the great Geniemon! I will now grant thee 3 wishes!" As the two tiny digimon gasped, Veemon got an excellent idea on how to get Gatomon's heart. Veemon then said "I wish me and Agumon were buffed bodybuilder digimon!" Geniemon said "POOF!" When Veemon opened his eyes, he and Agumon were buffed, with 500 pounds of muscle.
Veemon looked at his new form in a nearby river and started to flex his new muscular body with Agumon. Then, Agumon had an idea on how to help Veemon win Gatomon. He yelled "I wish me and Veemon switched bodies!" POOF! When Veemon came to be, he found himself with orange skin, for some unknown reason. When he looked in the river, he found himself looking at Agumon's reflection! He then looked to his right and found his body!
Veemon couldn't believe it. He was looking at Agumon in his new muscular body, which was wearing a red Speedo. Veemon, on the other hand, now was an orange buffed lizard in a black Speedo! He then yelled "Why did you do THIS?" Agumon then replied "I'll make you look good so Gatomon will fall in love with you." Veemon than gasped and asked "Do you think it'll work?" Agumon then said "Yes!" Veemon now liked Agumon's idea.
