Buffy Anne Summers kicked them away and took off running as she couldn't believe Giles would go back and bring the monster Kralik to their time to start another round of the Cruciamentum!
She felt sick as her mind held different thoughts, envisioning how to put her fangs in him or different inventions to torture him. The demon inside growled.
Giles picked up the stake and towered over his foe, the Vampire that he hired to take out Buffy. Kralik cowered.

He gasped in pain as the knife dug deeper and Giles slowly pulled it out. Then, struck it back in.
"IT WAS A TEST, YOU DUMB FUCK," he kicked him viciously!
Spike and Angel took out the Dragon and now, they're throwing pieces looking for survivors.
Like Gunn who was climbing up. Then, Wes. Lorne. But no Illyria. They searched and searched.
Angel was numb. "She's gone!"
Spike growled at him. "She. Is. Not. Gone!" "SHE'S THE OLD ONE!"
Angel sighed. "Give it a rest, Spike!" The other vampire turned around and stomped away!
She was in a comfy place. Warm. Safe. Loved. But, she didn't know it was just the process of 'being' turned.
Suddenly, the comfy cloud was replaced by a dark dank crater and what was left of bones putting themselves back together with a deep cry of agony so anguished that she fell to the ground!
Something on her face rippled. That was what she woke up to.
Now, that the shock wore off, she ran! Ran like a scared child begging to get away from terrifying men! Only, they have disfigured faces!
