Rain
It has nowhere to escape so it falls on me,
Drip drops remind me of frightening memories, people that couldn't be saved,
My brother stands right beside me in a gray suit of armor,
A seal created using my blood and right arm,
He hasn't any feeling, and I envy him for that but also fear it,
Our mistakes cost us that, his body and my limbs
An angel made of wax wanted to see the sun,
Then when it got to close its wings melted and fell back down to earth,
I look down, a building in the center of a city full of chaos and destruction,
I have met many friends along the way,
I was guided by them along the way,
I try to protect these friends but strength never found its way to me when I needed it the most,
Afraid I'm growing weak and losing hope,
But also knowing these two legs will get me where I need to go,
Wishing I could hold love close so she doesn't cry anymore
My anger rages just thinking, fire streams through my body's hatred,
Makes me want to explode,
Creatures called homunculus were created; they plan to be rid of all human kind,
Sacrifices, my somewhat father, brother, teacher, and a good friend of mine,
I will not allow it,
So the rain keeps falling on us now as the fight continues to restore peace,
Friends by each others side trying to protect one another from the enemy's blows,
Pain has found it's way in peoples hearts,
I stand by my brother rain falling as i try to make sense of all of it,
I feel warmth, the rain has stopped, the sun glows down on me,
Warmth that I use to feel from my loving mother,
A smile tugs at the corners of my lips, reminding myself of her,
Happiness makes its way toward my heart,
My long awaited journey has come to its end
