October 15, 1998
A 17-year old woman has been kidnapped by hooded assailants for reasons not yet known. The woman has been identified as Liv Campbell, who currently works at an antique shop in the outskirts of the city of Inverness. Based on evidence collected by authorities, the assailants forcefully entered the shop, breaking the doors and windows. A struggle ensued, judging by how the shop was left in ruins. Police arrived at the scene after a concerned citizen reported the disturbance but the kidnappers were nowhere to be found. The local constabulary has issued notices to report suspicious individuals or if there is any information on Liv's whereabouts.
Underground ruins found beneath long-abandoned Mansion
Archeologists belonging to the University of Edinburgh have announced a discovering breakthrough today in another chapter in the history of the British Isles. Yesterday, the team were able to discover a door beneath the so called "Mansion of Death". For many years, the door has intrigued scientists, historians, and archeologists to where it lead. Using modern day technology, the team were able to open the door, revealing a cave system that lead to an underground ruin used by the Pagans and Wiccans long before the modern-day Britain became what it is today. Further study is currently ongoing with the site, with the team requiring assistance from local engineers to provide a simple mechanical system such as giant cog wheels and a simple elevator which could be later used to transport artifacts from the site to local museums around the Scotland and England. Chris Smith (MP), the Secretary of State for Culture, Media, and Sport of the United Kingdom, has congratulated the team and looks forward to seeing what artifacts could be salvaged.
