Note: There's no actual pinescest in this fic. XP
As always, nothing belongs to me, read and review.
(The Mystery Shack, Dipper and Mabel's Bedroom)
Dipper rested on his bed, reading Journal 3 as Mabel busted the door open and went to her brother, poking his head until he finally turned around. The first thing Dipper spotted were the pencils, crayons and some more "artistic" stuff Mabel was carrying with herself on one arm, and a couple of papers on the other. "Mabel, why did you bring that stuff?"
"Dipper, I was thinking we could take a break from all the mysteries and revelations and world-ending apparatuses, and make a fanfic!" Mabel explained as she put the stuff down. "But not just any fanfic, wanna hear what it'll be about?"
"Something related to sweaters?"
"That's a pretty neat idea, and kinda predictable coming from me." Mabel replied as she wrote down her brother's suggestion in a notepad. "But no, we're gonna make a Pinecest fanfic!"
Dipper flinched and almost threw the journal up as he swore that, if he had drunk anything, he would have spat it out immediately. "May I question why you suggest this?"
"I like the idea!" Mabel answered obliviously. "Just think about it: a fic where we express our sister-brother love for each other, that's something I wish I could do every day!"
"Wait, she thinks it's about us loving each other as siblings!" Dipper thought. "Come to think of it, that does sound like something Mabel would believe. That being said, she would need to read some pinecest in order to know what it is..."
"So, what do you say? Let's write our own Pinecest!" Mabel added in excitement.
"Then again, she might be in denial, "Pinecest" is something pretty straightforward so I don't think Mabel could mistake it for anything else." Dipper mused as Mabel's excited smile slowly turned into a frown. "But if she isn't in denial-"
"Dipper, are you paying attention?" Mabel growled. "Look, I don't want to rude, I know you like mysteries and all, but how about you put that book down for a moment and help me think for a plot for our fanfic?"
"Well, regardless, I definitely ain't telling her the truth." and then, as Mabel crossed her arms and waited impatiently, the boy close the journal and put it down. "Guess I might as well play along."
Dipper then got off his bed and joined his sister in the making of their fanfiction.
The End
