I shot the first arrow at Clark's chest. Screaming inside my mind to stop this from happening but no matter how much will I had, I couldn't stop myself.

"That was a warning Clark. The next one will go straight through your heart. Answer me! Where is he?" I yelled.

Clark started to breathe heavy and began to lose his balance.

"I don't know!" Clark said softly.

"Start talking or the biography of Clark Kent comes to a sudden tragic end!" I yelled…I just can't stop myself!

"Oliver you're not yourself." Clark said, still breathing heavily.

"I'll do whatever it takes to find Lex." I said and drew my arrow. NO! This can't be happening!

"I don't know!" Clark yelled like a child accused of stealing a toy, putting his hand out to stop the arrow.

I let go of the arrow that I had been trying so desperately to hold back. I went straight through Clark's heart. Then I felt different…I was in control! But it was too late I had already fired the arrow. I ran over to Clark who was now laying on the landing of the stairs gasping is pain, looking at me with puppy dog eyes that still wondered what had happened. I began to press down on his chest to try and stop the bleeding.

"Clark! Come on! I'm so sorry! I'm sorry Clark please!"

I saw Chloe on the top landing looking down at us.

"Clark, Clark can you hear me?"

The next thing I knew Chloe was at my side.

"I can save him." She said.

"I couldn't stop myself" I whimpered.

"Oliver move back I can save him!" She yelled.

Clark looked so helpless, something I had never seen before. He just looked so fragile that if you touched him he would turn into dust.

"Chloe no. No Chloe" He whimpered, his voice full of pain.

"It's okay" Chloe whispered.

"No, no what do you mean." Clark sounded like he was crying which made my stomach twist. He was shivering and staring up at Chloe with wet eyes. I stared at the scene unfolding and felt helpless. I had caused this so why couldn't I fix it. I felt my eyes beginning to burn and a single tear rolled down my face as I watched the invincible Clark Kent dying before my eyes. His words were unsteady and shaky and his white shirt was now covered in dark red blood. Chloe placed a single hand on his chest while the other supported his head. She looked at Clark confused and said,

"It's not working. Clark?" Clark was sweating and his body was shaking so hard now.

His eyes went wide, then a mysterious man appeared from nowhere saying,

"I'm here Kal-El."

And with that Clark stopped breathing and his body went limp. No this can't happen! No this is all a dream! Tears threatened to burst from my eyes…Clark was gone. His face looked peaceful but his body looked horrific.

"Clark?" Chloe managed between sobs.

Then without warning the mysterious man began picking up Clark. He got him in a standing position with his left arm around Clark's waist and Clark's right arm around his neck. He crashed through the window with Clark and headed to the sun. A blast of wind and I was left alone with Chloe…
