Chapter One
After Bree was killed by the big guy (Felix or whatever it is), he walked over to me. He then picked me up and walked me over to Jane, the girl who is bigger than me. She looked at me for a few seconds before I felt hot searing pain everywhere. I screamed, thinking I tell her anything if she would just stop. Edward looks at Jane. "She'll tell you anything you want you don't have to do that." Jane looks up at him. "I know that, what is your name?".
"It's Isabella Chambers" I whisper out as I stand up and shrug at the big guy. The little boy next to her mutters "Hmm". I look at the ground, forgetting that I am wearing sunglasses and they fall off my face, revealing my pitch black eyes. "Huh? Why are your eyes so dark, little one?" I look into Jane's bright red eyes, knowing that mine should be like that if Reily ever noticed me. "R-Reily, he never noticed me enough to send me out hunting, this is the first time I have been outside since that very painful night..." I shudder softly. The small pixie-like girl speaks up. "Jane, I saw that she has a gift, I would like to take full responsibility."
Jane thinks this over. Edward looks over at me. " You have no memories of your past?" I mutter " Yea, nothing but pain." Alice looks over at me with an expression of pity and sympathy. Jane watches the two of us. "She can live as long as she learns the laws and can follow your diet. Alice, if this newborn doesn't follow the rules she won't be the only one facing the consequences and that will be death for you and her." Alice nods and the three cloaked people leave the clearing. The blond boy named Jasper grabs me along with the big dark-haired guy named Emmett and drags me off to the forest for my first hunt. . .
