I am Kasuke Kimiyoshi, and I am in love with Saya Takagi, but I haven't seen the girl I love since that day. The day life as I knew it changed, it was pretty normal. The first thing I did in the morning was get ready for school, then wake up my next door neighbor, and best friend, Kouta Hirano.

"Kouta was a gun nut, he wanted to be in the military when he grew up, and I always supported him. I think he would have had a great future. Kouta was also in love with Takagi when the tragedy broke out, he escaped with her, I fear for both of their lives, I have no idea if two people that I care about so much are alive, dead, or one of "Them".

I am Kasuke Kimiyoshi, prepare to here my life shatter before my very eyes.

It was probably around fourth period when Takashi Komuro barged into the classroom. He was saying that some teachers were killing each other and he wanted Rei Miyamoto to follow him. Then Miyamoto's boyfriend Hisashi believed Komuro's story and they all left the room.

"What kind of nonsense was that idiot spouting?" Takagi meant to say to herself. You see, Takagi has a little crush on that Komuro boy, they have been friends since they were children. Takagi mmust be boiling up with jealousy that he chose Miyamoto to go with him.

That was about the time when there was an announcement for an evacuation. Everyone poured out of the room, I waited for everyone to leave before I left. When I stepped into the hallway, I saw some horrific scenes. People eating other people.

Except these people didn't look alive, they looked dead. I let out a scream, and before I knew it, a bunch of those things crowded around me. I closed my eyes and waited for my intestines to be ripped out and eaten.

"That is when I heard a blunt object make contact with something. I opened my eyes to see a girl with long black hair beating the undead with a kendo stick.

"Holy Shit!" I whispered to myself. All of those things the area have been killed.

"I'm Mikoto Fuuto, and you should probably thank me." Her bright blue eyes glared into mine."

"Thank you Fuuto, my name is Kasuke Kimiyoshi." I said to her.

"OK, Kimiyoshi I have a list of things to do. Number one, get you a weapon. Number two, get out of this fucking school. Number three, find my family and escape to somewhere where these things do not exist. If you can help me on these missions, I will certainly help you. So, do you want to join me?" I took a look at her, covered in blood, has a lot of fight in her, and she is pretty hot to top that off.

"They're C cups." Fuuto said.

"What?" I asked.

"You were staring at my chest, you were probably curious as to what size they were." Fuuto blushed a little.

"Of course I will help you Fuuto,"

"Call me Mikoto."

"Ok, then you can call me Kasuke. Anyway, Makoto, can you help me find my friends Saya Takagi and Kouta Hirano?"

"I know what they look like, so I suppose I could help you." Mikoto smiled at me. "Now, I think I saw a baseball bat earlier, so let's go find it and kick some ass!"

So that's how I met my friend Mikoto. I am still traveling with her and a few others, but I'll talk about them later.
