"Inuyasha!" said Kagome. "What now?" asked Inuyasha. "I have a gift for you!" He jumped down from the tree to see what Kagome had brought him. She held out a small silver box covered in diamonds. "It is for our anniversary, you know today is the first day we met?" asked Kagome. "Uh…" Inuyasha's nose twitched. "Kikyo,"he whispered as he went toward the sent.

"Inuyasha!" Kagome screamed as she dropped the box. It shattered into many pieces. Kagome's body sunk to the ground. She fought back to keep the tears from coming. 'I will not cry!' she thought. Kagome came so close to overcoming her tears, but the tears overcame her. Then came the tears along with the heart break. This was not the first time her heart had been broken. In fact it was still broken from last time and yet she still loved Inuyasha.

Kagome sat there for who knows hoe long, waiting for him to return. "Ahh!" she gasped as an arrow threw her heart. She laid there in a pool of fresh warm wet blood. She looked at the broken box. She knew she was about to die. "Unlike this box I will not die broken," said Kagome. "I love you Inuyasha." She took her last breath and died. Inuyasha came back without finding Kikyo. He froze as he saw Kagome's cold life less body on the ground. He ran over to her and held her tight trying to wake her up. But he knew she was dead. He stared to cry.

Then he saw a piece of paper next to the broken silver box. He read it!

Dear Inuyasha,

I knew something was going to happen to day. I do not know how to explain how I knew this. I am not sure if this something is bad or good. Inuyasha I am not sure if you love me or not. You have broken my heart so me times. But I still love you with all of my heart. The love for you is what keeps my heart from totally collapsing. I could never hate you,

even if I wanted to. So I want you to have this box. It has been my family for year.. It is my most prized possession. With all my love.

Inuyasha looked at Kagome and then at the box. He cried harder. "Kagome how could I have let this happen to you?" He saw the arrow in her chest. "Who did this to you, was?" he asked. 'Was it Kikyo, she is the only person who could have done this!' he thought. " Why did I ever love Kikyo?" Inuyahsa said. He took the arrow out of her chest and pierced himself with it. His last words were… "I can not live with without you Kagome, I love you." "I shall die next to you near our shattered but not collapsed silver box."
