Kane sat in the locker room, head in his hands. It had been six weeks since Mickie's kidnapping, and he couldn't think of anything else to do.
"Damn Randy. Damn Amy for taking her."
"You know it's not very nice to curse people."
He froze. There was no way, but as he slowly turned around he saw his girlfriend.
"Mickie?"
The brown-haired Diva smiled at him.
"Hey babe. Miss me?"
Kane blinked. Then he bolted from his spot on the bench and ran to her, lifting her up as she wrapped her legs around his waist.
"I have missed you so much it nearly killed me. Where did he take you?"
"Amy told me we were in Portland. She dropped me off at a gas station, then called Punk."
The aforementioned superstar walked into the room at that moment.
"Thanks, Philly! For coming to get me, I mean."
Phil grinned and nodded.
"No thing, Miss Mickie. Just remember I know a good place to hide bodies if ya need it."
Mickie smacked his arm as Glenn set her on the floor.
"You can't touch him. That's Glenn's job, got it?"
Punk nodded again, then hugged his best friend.
"See ya around, Mickster."
"Bye Punky."
Kane cleared his throat.
"Phil?"
The brunette turned slightly.
"Thank you. For going to get her. It means a lot."
"No problem, Big Red."
Kane walked back into the locker room and kissed Mickie fiercely. Dear God, he'd missed feeling her body in his arms. Mickie laid her head on his chest, sighing happily.
"Babe, I missed you. Like freaking crazy. It was torture not being able to see your beautiful brown eyes."
"Trust me, Princess, I nearly bit people's heads off trying to find you. It was hell for me too."
Mickie lifted a hand and rested it gently on his shoulder.
"Well I'm here now, Babe. No need to worry, got it?"
"Crazy woman, don't you know I'm always gonna worry about you?", Kane asked with a smile.
Mickie giggled and kissed him again.
"Good. It makes me feel loved."
"Good, because I love you."
"You better. I didn't go through all that crap just to find you with someone else, Glenny."
He looked at her with a raised eyebrow.
"Glenny?"
"I'm trying it out."
Kane smiled at his brunette girl. She smiled back, and he nearly screamed with happiness.
She was with him again.
