"Jade," Beck said, "Can you stop rolling your eyes? It's annoying"

"So is the way you always side with VEGA," Jade said spitting out the word VEGA as if it were venom

Beck sighed. They had been having the conversation since an argument occurred this morning between Jade and Tori and Beck had taken Tori's side. He was tired of hearing it.

"I don't always side with Tori," Beck said, "She may have started the argument but you carried it too far."

"Right," Jade said, "Whatever"

"You know Tori's been going through a lot lately."

"Wow," Jade said, "Why should I care?"

"Because she's your friend," Beck said.

"Some friend," Jade replied bitterly, "Kisses my boyfriend on her 2nd day of Hollywood Arts... not sticking up for me when she knew I was right oh and that little joke that she pulled on me... yeah that's a real friend. Oh wait it's not"

"I never said she was perfect," Beck said, "But you don't have to be so mean to her. She regrets the things she did to you and she feels bad about it"

"Well how do you think it makes me feel when you're always on her side and never on mine. It makes me really depressed. I feel like I have to fight for you to still be mine. Oh and on that note who cares about what I've been through... yeah why should that matter!" Jade stated sarcastically

"Jade I do love you and I always have loved you and I always will love you but there are some things you do that I hate. I care about what you've been through but I don't know how else to get you to stop being mean to Tori. I've tried everything-"

"No you haven't. You've gotten mad at me when I'm mean to Vega. You've said some things that piss me off. You lecture me about why I should be nice to Vega but you have never once said "I understand how you feel". You never once rewarded me when I was nice to Vega-"

"What are you... like 5?"

"Okay so you can time me out like a five year old when I'm mean to Vega but you can't reward me when I'm nice to her. That makes no sense at all."

"I mean maybe you have a point," Beck said, "I guess I haven't really been... totally fair but you're mean to her a lot more then you're nice to her."

"You don't under-"

She was interrupted with his lips on seemed like the fight was over but he wasn't done talking.

"I do understand. You went through a hard time and I know that but it's been awhile. You need to stop letting that control you Jade.

"Oh like that's as easily done as it is said," Jade shouted.

"Of course it's not easy," Beck replied, "But it's important. What if we face it together?"

"Fine," she said, "But only for a second and I demand a trip to the scissor museum tomorrow."

The scissor museum was one of Jade's favorite places.

"Fine," Beck said with a sigh.

He hated the scissor museum and wished this was just easy but he knew it wasn't going to be. This was Jade after all. And he wouldn't change her for anything.
