Rank is warrior, apprentice, kit, queen, elder, rogue, loner, kittypet, StarClan, or Dark Forest. Pelt includes what color of pelt, what type of pelt, and if there are any extra features like scars or missing body parts. Eyes is what color and what shade of that color(e.g. dark, light, misty, solid, bright, pale, etc.) Crush is if that character likes some other character(please put description for crush). Mate is who that character's mate is(please put description for mate). Kit(s) is if that character has kits, and name the kits(please also put description for kits). Kin(does not include mate or kits) is if, if they have any, who is related to them(e.g. mother, father, brother, sister, etc.) Personality is what sorts of virtues they have, how they behave, and what their outlook on life is. History is like how they came to the Clan or anything important that happened in their past. Other is just whatever else that you would like to put in the form that you think is important.
