Nation Carrying

Finland called a World Meeting and he felt slightly self conscious, but positive that the others will like the contest he came up with which is called Nation Carrying.
"I have come up with a contest that I have named Nation Carrying." Finland had decided to be blunt and he closed his eyes for a moment.
"What is it about, vee?" Italy asked cheerfully to Finland and he was smiling happily.
"It is where a Nation would carry another Nation." Finland replied calmly, he felt relaxed, and got asked another question.
"Is there a prize involved?" America asked loudly and his pearly white teeth were showing.
"Yes, The prize would be alcohol of your choice." Finland told him patiently, he noticed that America looked slightly disappointed, and maybe it was because the other had been hoping the prize would be Cola.
"How much alcohol?" England asked bluntly, his arms were crossed, and he wondered if attending the contest would be worth a shot.
"As much as the Nation that you are carrying." Finland stated calmly and he heard another question.
"Where would it be located?" France asked him causally as he tilted his head towards England for the green eyed Nation looked like he was plotting something.
" That would be decided by drawing a location out of a hat." Finland replied simply and he sighed softly for maybe it would have been a better idea to have typed it up instead of saying it. "I'll type it up and give you each a copy."
