Aria was casting spells on everyone. She needed to be at full power to revive Matt. She had to use a portion of it to make sure everyone doesn't get hurt. She was scared now. What if we don't live through this? The sacrifice will work, but if we all fall...we would die unwillingly and the sacrifice will not work. I must do my best to protect them all. I just hope that I don't fall as well...
"Mist!"
"Who is that?" Aria thought. "A dark mist has engulfed the monster...but it will become that form! Who would foolish enough to do that? I haven't triggered anyone else's power except Kari and T.K.'s...and they don't have that magic." she thought, scared.
A dark shadow emerges from the bushes. It looks like the form of a person. Could it? My name is Kevin. Pleased to meet you, Aria-san. I am here to help you.
What was that...? Oh, wait. Speaking of the thoughts. A gift, that Aria, too, has.
Hello, Kevin. How did you know my name? How can I be sure about you? Can I trust you?
Use your mind, Aria-san.
Oh, yea, right. Ahem. Hey...you have...almost the exact same powers as me!!!
Not almost. I do have all your powers. My mission is to find the greatest power of all...and I've found it.

And with that, Kevin jumped out of where he was hiding. Copymon stopped raging, T.K. froze in mid-swing, Tai looked like he had just screamed in pain, Joe was still on the ground, Izzy staring at the monster, wide-eyed. Only the four girls remained unfrozen: Sora, Mimi, Kari, and Aria.
Kevin was now in front of Aria. He approached her slowly, holding up a long, black staff. Kari tried to move, but was blocked by a force field. Sora and Mimi ran to help her up, watching in horror as Kevin zapped Aria with a black light.
"Now, Ms. Elminak," Kevin said. "You are my slave. You will listen to only me. You can't resist this. Try to, and you'll be shocked."
Aria had a very strong will, and tried to release herself of his grasp in her mind. She was shocked heavily, still trying. She was shocked over and over again until she was lying on the ground. She seemed to be dead.
"I told you. Get up," Kevin said coldly.
As he said his words, Aria stood up. Her eyes weren't the soft, brown eyes they were before. Now, they were blood red with no pupils. She was helpless. She wasn't herself anymore.
"Kill Izzy."
"Yes, sir."
