We ask ourselves this question
Every hour,

Why?
Did you betray our trust
When all we ever did
Was give you our all?
You left us when we needed you most
You left us broken,
barely holding on.
Now we struggle to hold each other up
Trying to move on
without you here.
Time is all we need...
Atleast that is what 'they' tell us.
Now, we push each other forward
And try to forget
The Pain,
The Betrayal,
Everything...
We no longer ask ourselves why
For you have confessed
Left us broken once more
Without help from anyone but ourselves
We will move on

Ask ourselves
Why?
A/N: For those of you who have ever read any of my other stories...I'm sorry but to disappoint you again for my other stories will not be updated for an even longer time. It seems that the new year has come and tried to break me too many times. First, my track coach was removed from my school for certain reasons. Then, my throwing coach left without a trace because, as i have recently found out, didn't want to be where he would be reminded of my coach. And recently,last night, my cousin who lived in SC with his pregnant wife was killed when his car got stuck and when he went to the front of it to check things out was pinned between his patrol car and a tree...dying of internal injuries....
Hopefully life will give me a break so that I can once again get back into the joy of writings....
