Chapter one: Escaping

Starscream has been having these nightmares for as long as he can remember. Getting worse with each one. He had a journal to keep track of them, it somehow made him feel better. Megatron had gotten ahold of the journal and became curious. So he confronted starscream about it, but starscream did not confirm any of it. That made Megatron angry, though he tried not to lose his temper.
He thought about it for a good hour and order shockwave to make something similar to the psychic patch. But instead of looking into memories, you can look into dreams. It took shockwave a few weeks to finish it. When it was done megatron order starscream to be the first test subject. Starscream wasn't sure about it, but Megatron didn't give him a choice. Knockout hooked starscream up to the machine and he almost instantly fell into recharge.
Megatron, Shockwave, and Knockout all stared at the computer screen. For about 5 minutes the screen was black. Then there was static, it was blue like energon. "Is it supposed to do that." Knockout asked. "No." Shockwave replied in a suspicious yet curious tone. The screen stayed that way for a bit, then the static stopped. They saw the upper half of a small figure at the bottom of the screen, as though it was standing far away from it.
'That's new!' Megatron thought to himself. He hadn't seen anything like this in starscream's journal. The figure began to grow closer the screen, when it was close enough they could see that it was starscream. His optics were closed and he was looking down. When he was right infront of the screen he lifted his head and opened his optics. His optics were pitch black and bleeding energon. Less then a second later the screen went black once more.
They all looked at each other with confusion, then looked back at the screen. A few minutes passed by then in a split second a servo reached out of the screen and gripped the bottom of the screen. So strong that the screen cracked. A second servo reached out and gripped the top of the screen. It then began pull itself out of the computer. They all stepped back in shock. When the dark entity was completely out it looked them. The lights began flicker on and off. As the lights turned on, it was gone. The lights flickered once more and it appeared right infront of them. They all jumped back as the dark entity disappeared again, though it seemed to have left the room completely. Starscream woke up and they looked at him and told him what happened. There was a look of terror on his face. He then told them what the dark entity was. "That thing was my dead twin."
This is my first fanfiction so please be nice about it. Sorry the chapter was so short I was in a bit of a hurry.
