What If?
Chapter 1
It was a cold and rainy day in LA. Sam Puckett, a young woman who is considered a rebel, was sitting on her couch in her own apartment. Suddenly, she got a call from someone named Cat Valentine.
"Hello?" Sam answered the phone.
"Hi!"
"Who is this?"
"Cat Valentine!"
"Cat Valentine? That's a weird last name. Are you some kind of psycho chick or something?"
"That's what people call me! Not really though."
"How did you get my number?" Sam wondered.
"You saved my life! Remember?"
"Ohhh yeah I do remember that time! I was kind of working on myself back then. I was trying to make good choices. But where is the fun in that?"
"I always make good choices. But I just wanted to thank you for saving me. Want to come over for some tea and crumpets?" Cat asked in a British accent.
"You're not British kid, don't fool yourself. But sure."
Sam ended the call, hopped on her bike, and came to Cat's apartment. A new adventure had begun!
