Shower Time:

Setting the violin down, he moved towards the bathroom. It was dark out and John was off at work. Mrs Hudson had gone off for some groceries. It was the perfect time. He closed the door and carefully removed every article of clothing he was wearing. He set them aside for the laundry and leaned over, turning the taps until water was spraying from the shower head. He reached out and tested the water quickly, but he already knew it was perfect. He had long since calculated how far to turn the taps for the perfect shower.

Sliding the curtain shut behind him, he let the water slides down his body for a moment. It was soothing and helped him relax after a long case. He reached for the cloth that always hung at the end of the bath and gently lathered it with soap. He started with his neck, rubbing away the sweat and grime that had built up. He moved to his chest, letting the material glide over his skin. He took his time as he moved lower. He cleaned his legs before moving up again. He cleaned his genitals, ignoring his body's reaction to that, before sliding the cloth between his cheeks. He moved and rinsed the soap from his body before picking up the shampoo.

Tilting his head back, he let the water soak his hair before carefully pouring out what he needed. He reached up to his head and massaged the shampoo into his hair. His long fingers worked every lock of hair until he was certain everything was lathered. He tilted his head back once more and combed his fingers through his hair, working the shampoo and dirt out. He straightened his head and ran his fingers through his hair, squeezing out the access water before turning the water off.

Climbing out of the shower, he looked around before sighing with frustration. Water dripped down his body, sliding effortlessly to the ground. His towel was in his room. With another look at where the towels should be, he opened the door and stepped out. He glanced towards the living room, where John now sat, staring with his tea hovering in the air, his knuckles white.

"Hello John," he stated before walking to his bedroom for a towel.
