Title: The Rose of the Wicked Woods

Chapter 1
Long ago in the distance past, deep in the mountains there is village surrounded by thick woods. The name of the village is Rosy Woods. This village has a very surprising secret. This village was a village of fairy mages. The main family had a baby girl born with fairy wings. The main family feared for the new arrival to the family. The villagers believe that fairy wings are a sign of evil magic and fairies. The main family named the baby girl Rose Forest. Rose had to pretend to be sickly to keep her and her family safe. Rose never knew why she had to do this but she was a good child and did as she was told. Rose's family had the magic power to help plants grow and heal those in need. Rose had the power to make the power to make it stronger than the others in her family. Rose's brother was the one who taught her how to use the magic of her family. Her brother is named Thorn. Rose's power as she got older. Her power was getting to powerful for her family to hide her much longer. Rose's family did not want to hide her much longer but for the sake of her well being they did. Her family was able to hide her for four more years. Rose was now sixteen years old. Her birthday was special for her because she got to go to the festival celebrated the harvest. On the week after that there was another celebration this was the one when rose would leave for the safety of her and her family. It would be the perfect cover for her to flee unnoticed. Finally the day came for her to leave the only life she knew and her precious family. Rose gave her family a looking mirror to keep her close to them and a way to contact her if needed. Her family hugged her for fifteen minutes not wanting to let her go for fear they will never see again. When Rose headed out there were tears in her eyes and an ache in her heart. It took thirty minutes to get to the edge of the woods through the fields. Rose feared to go in the woods for two reasons, two really good reasons in her book. The first reason was the name of the woods. The woods were called Wicked Woods. The second reason was the stories she heard about. The stories tell of many going into the woods and never retuning. After ten minutes Rose gathered the courage to go in.
Chapter 2
Once inside the forest Rose's breath was taking away. The forest was alight with magic. As Rose walked farther in the forest the more magic appeared. Amazed at the fact that everywhere she looked magic was there, Rose felt at home for the first time in her life. Rose walked for two hours when she came across a village. The village seems more like ancient ruins than a home for elves. The sight of the village amazed Rose so much. Rose took a step forward her wings started to glow and her head throbbed, before she knew it she blacked out. The last thing Rose saw before she blacked out was the most beautiful creature she ever seen. Rose was in and out of conscious for three days. On the fourth day Rose woke up to a room far more grand than she has ever seen or been in. She was in a four post queen sized roofed bed, with silk sheets. Rose got up and noticed she was not alone in the room, for the beautiful creature she saw before she blacked out was right before her. Rose knowing she was in a very thin nightgown, she turned a little to quickly for she fell into his arms. Rose blushed and stood turning away from him. Rose asked" What is this place and what is your name?" The elf answered "This is a safe haven for those in need and my name is Thorn, the prince of this kingdom." Rose smiled and said " my name is Rose and I thank you for saving me." Thorn smiled and said" you're very welcome and will you stay her with me forever?" Rose asked" why would you ask something like that?"
