"Harry! Keep an eye on your potion its starting to bubble," Hermione Granger told a distracted Harry Potter during their Potions class late one afternoon.
Harry jumped out of his daze and looked at his potion realizing that once again Hermione was right and he would in fact be ready to add the next ingredient. He looked at the board then at his ingredients measuring out the porcupine quills. Professor Snape strode around the room looking into each cauldron making sure everyone was where they should be in making their Sleeping Draughts.
The aura in the room was causing a few students to get drowsy and slack off on their potions or skip a few ingredients. Neville Longbottom's potion had turned green rather then the dark shade of blue that it should be, and Vincent Crabbe's was letting off a foul odor. Professor Snape looked around in annoyance and crossed his arms watching his students carefully to make sure there were no exploding potions in class that day.
Hermione looked at Harry and sighed a little agitated "Harry if you don't stop daydreaming or whatever it is your doing…you will completely ruin potion and have to take a zero again," she said grabbing Harry's attention once more. "Oh, sorry Hermione," he mumbled adding the boomslang.
