Instead of Goku sacrificing himself at the Cell games Gohan takes his chances and teleports cell away before goku can make a move. This time Gohan survives the blast. After that Gohan doesn't want any situation close to that to ever happen again.

Before cell could finish he was in a deserted planet far away. As Gohan said "Goodbye Cell".

Gohan teleported back to Earth and gave a thumbs up.
Then they all felt it.
Piccolo- IT'S CELL, HE'S BACK.
Then Cell and gohan proceeded to battle out and was overpowering gohan with his new found power. Finally they both battled it out in Kamehameha. It was so strong. Cell was slowly beating Gohan. Finally Goku and Vegeta fired the strongest blast they could at Cell and Hit directly. Goku screamed "NOW" And Gohan let it all go overpowering cell and ending it for good.
"It's over" Gohan said then passed out.
