Pokemon: Death to it. Or not?
Disclaimer - This is not a story. I am going to be writing about people who persecute Pokemon for no reason. Also, you might want to read my other story, Pokemon vs. the World. I will also cover a few other topics. Please be nice!
Pokemon - Is age killing it?
Pokemon has been around for quite a while now. When it first came out, it was believed to be nothing but a fad and would die in a few months. I was one of many who believed it would last a lot longer. We were right. But, right now it appears Pokemon is losing a bit of steam. Many have said it is to old and the under developed mind of the young are finding new things.
These people are wrong. People still like Pokemon. But, for numerous reasons, Pokemon is dead. However loyal fans know it is not. It could live for eons, but numerous factors block this path. Here they are.
Anti - Pokemon people
We all know people like this. They are our friends. Are relatives. Peers. I believe people have the right to like what they want, but I also believe persecuting something without experiencing it is not acceptable. We all have had to lie. We have all been forced into the position of cowards. We had no option. I know numerous authors on this site to have done this to me.
So why do they say these things? While, if you look at what these people like, they obviously have no real interests themselves. They do things that are retarded. Also, they usually need to insult those lower then them in the "food chain." So, they turn to us "gay kids" to anguish. These people are usually idiots, but they are able to convince us at what we like are not appropriate.
What we should do? Stop being afraid. If we let these people intimidate us, Pokemon will surely die. We have to put are fears beside us, and believe what we want. We have the first amendment. We should not be afraid.
The Media
The Media. Those wonderful people who rip things beyond the truth and expose the innocent. So what do they have to do with this all? Lets go back to when Pokemon first hit American soil. Who over emphasized its popularity? Who labeled it the next fad? The Media. This force has been a problem to many in the past. So, the media is technically the source that labeled Pokemon a fad.
The good thing is the Media has stopped reporting on Pokemon. Now, we fans might be able to enjoy it a little more.
Religion
I am not insulting anybody's religion. I am just going to make a point.
Numerous religion's have called Pokemon a work of the devil. So, crazy followers burn and condemn Pokemon for being the devil's work.
Honestly, these people are mental. This is just a cute little product. Satan has nothing to do with this. They should just go worship what they want and we will worship what we want.
So, what should we do? An idea.
I think, there is two ways to view Pokemon's downfall. Either:
a.) We could just wait for it to die and enjoy it for the rest of the time.
or
b.) Ask Nintendo to make a new Pokemon game.
I think if Nintendo were to make a new Pokemon game, it could re - spark interest.
So, I believe they should make some sort of Pokemon game like the Game Boy games, but in 3 - D. It would be like Zelda. I would make it for Gamecube, and I would make it as good as they could.
I say to all reading this to ask Nintendo to carry out this idea.

This is my farewell to article writing till something big happens, so I wanted to try and expose why Pokemon is dying slowly. Also, I am entering the period of writers block, so please in your review, give me ideas for my next work. Either that or I will sit in the sun thinking for months.
