"Come on you weirdos! Is that all you got?" a pink hedgie yelled at the lifeless moving bodies. Their pale bodies sluggishly moved toward her.
Zombies...
Zombies hit the city about two years ago. It affected everyone. Some people were able to get away to underground places. Some...were not. Among them was Tikal...Knuckles is still broken up about it. Everyday he thinks it's his fault. Sonic and Tails tried everything to help him but their efforts were futile.
Amy shook her head at the memory when she last saw Knuckles. He was sulking at the base where Sonic brought him there. He stayed in his room the whole time.
She shook her head rattling the thought away to work on her mission. She scaled down the building, guiding past the zombies. She slipped into the alley, with a black bag secured around her shoulder, and strolled though the darkness.
"Whew. I thought they couldn't get dumber. Boy was I wrong."
Amy strolled through a door and locked it behind her. The light switch flipped on and the darkness was lighted.
There was a stairway leading up to the third floor. She climbed up the said floor and went down the hallway.
Then she heard it. A rustle came from down the hallway.
"Oh please don't be a zombie dog.." she exclaimed as she grabbed a lead pipe. Amy firmly held the piece of metal and descended down the hallway. The sound came from her room.
'Why did it have to come from MY room?.."
The door opened suddenly and Amy screamed. She swung the pipe at a dark figure and head a thud afterward. She bravely opened her eyes and looked forward.
"I thought there was somebody there?" Amy spoke as she stepped into the room until she tripped and landed face first into carpet of her room. "Ow! I thought I was passed this clumsy stage!" Amy huffed as she looked behind her.
A non moving body lay in the doorway. Amy looked over it and noticed a very familiar form.
