May sighed as she walked though Petalburgh. There was simply nothing to do. It was an ordinary Sunday morning. The sun was shining, the Chatots were singing ,the Beautiflies were dancing together like there no tomorrow. Just as she was about to go back home, she saw a huge crowd appear on the sidewalk (A/N sidewalk street; whatever you want to call it):

"OH MY GOD!" screamed one fangirl

"IT'S DREW!" screamed another

May sighed again. This was going to be a long day:

"DREW I LOVE YOU!'

"DREW, MARRY ME!"

"DON'T LISTEN TO THEM! I'M PRETTIER!"

Then the three started to bicker."Well, he is my friend. I might as well." thought May. Then May walked up to the crowd and screamed in a high pitched and obnoxious voice, matching all of theirs:

"OH MY GOD! LOOK OVER THERE! THE PEOPLE FROM "THE THREE CUTEST GUYS" MAGAZINE ARE GIVING OUT FREE AUTOGRAPHS!"

"REALLY!"

"OH MY GOD!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"May thanks for distracting the fangirls. I owe you one." said Drew

"Anytime." replied May, flashing her dazzling smile.

"But I get why people are chasing after me and not you." Drew said arrogantly.

Anger flashed in May's eyes. And with that, she yelled:

"WHY DO YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO BE SO MEAN TO ME! WHAT DID I EVER DO TO YOU! I AM TIRED OF YOU! I GET THAT I'M NOT PERFECT AND THAT YOU SUPPOSEDLY ARE! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!"

And with that, May ran off crying.

"What have I done." said Drew.

May's POV:

"I hate that guy! He is always so mean and rude." thought May, while storming into the house, ignoring her mom and her brother. She ran up to her room, slamming the door shut .

"But, why do I still love him?" thought May in confusion.

With Drew:

Drew walked down the sidewalk. Trying to get to May's house. He cursed himself for being so stupid. He needed someone to talk to. Then he had an idea:

"Go Roserade!"(A/N This takes place after the Wallace Cup with Dawn, so he has a Roserade)

Roserade, his first pokemon, was always good with this type of stuff:

"Roserade Ro? (What's wrong Drew?)

"I upset May,again."

"Roserade Ro Ro Rade!Ro Serade Ro Ro Rade Roserade! Roserade Ro Ro Rade Ro Ro Serade! (You and your big mouth! Girls can be very sensitive! Especially May and you know it!)" Roserade scolded.

"I know", Drew sighed.

Roserade's expression softened. Then she said:

"Just tell her the truth. Also, a rose would'nt do any harm." said Roseraid handing him a single red rose.

"You know, I don't know what I would do without you." said Drew, sending his rare smile to his partner.

Drew rang the doorbell of the Maple family. Caroline answered it. The second she saw him, she knew exactly what the cause was. She let him in without a word, and led him up to may's room.

He opened the door, entered, and then closed it:

"Hi may." said Drew

"Go away." said May

"May, I have a confession to make."

"...Fine, but make it quick."

Drew took a deep breathe and said:

" May, you were right. The way I acted was wrong. But, I only act the way I do because..."

(awkward silence)

"-...I love you..."

May's eyes widened in shock.

"However, there is something else you were right about. You are imperfect."

May's anger rose once more.

"But that is just why I love you."

And with that, Drew Hayden walked out of the door, leaving (A/N again) a shocked May.
