Hermione Granger was nervous. Sitting in front of Harry and Ron, she started to tell them her news.
"I have something to tell you guys," She started off, shaking.
"Come on 'Mione, calm done. I'm sure it's not something bad," Harry offered to her.
"That's what you think now," She mumbled as an answer.
"Hey, you're scaring us now," Ron spoke up. He had quidditch practice to go to, and wasn't very excited by what he thought was another job at the Ministry. "It's not like you're going to reveal to us all that you're Snape's long lost daughter, right?" He asked, kidding. Hermione laughed nervously.
"I'm sure you'll think it's worse," She shot them an annoyed look.
Harry decided to join in on Ron's little joke on Hermione.
"Ha-ha, or that you're his wife and you're getting married in Cozumel on the 30th of February," He rolled his eyes, missing Hermione's eyes widening.
"Well, not in Cozumel and definitely not on February 30th," She trailed off, holding up one hand to show an unusual, potion- filled ring.
In one unused room of Grimmauld Place, Severus Snape sat reading. Two loud thumps rang out through the house, and he quickly, quietly, truthfully, smiled to himself, knowing what had caused the noise.
Don't know if it's any good, but the idea randomly popped into my head, and I decided to do it, so yeahh.
