Naruto was pacing back and forth, Sakura was tapping her foot impatiently, and as usual Sasuke was looking bored with everything and thinking of ways he could obtain the Sharingan, kill his brother, and restore his clan.
"When the hell is he going to get here!" Naruto yelled.
"I know! He tells us to get up so early and then shows up hours late! I didn't even have time to straiten my hair this morning!" Sakura yelled (loud as a banshee).
'I can tell it looks horrible.' Inner Sasuke said.
'Its not that bad.' Sasuke thought back.
'Are you insane? Its sticking up everywhere just like Naruto's does!...wait...'
'Don't say it!'
'You love Naruto don't you! That's why you always defend spiky hair!'
'No I don't! I don't like him! I don't like that dobe! I don't...'
Sasuke continues his rant while his inner self goes to watch an inner t.v. Realizing what his inner self was doing Sasuke took this time to go back to reality mostly because he could see Kakashi coming.
"You're late!" Naruto and Sakura said in unison. Sasuke just did his usual 'I hope you get eternal suffering for keeping me waiting' glare.
"Well on my way here I saw a ladder and I didn't want to walk under it so I had to go around it so I had to take the long way."
"You could at least pretend you're sorry!" Naruto yelled with a 'this is no way to treat a future hokage' look.
'How did we ever get stuck with these morons as our teammates? And why did we have to get Kakashi as our sensei?'
'Hn...'
'Come on, I know you're thinking the same thing... except maybe a certain blonde boy..'
The only thing I'm thinking is how I got stuck with you as my inner self.'
'Someone's in denial!' (Said in a singsong voice)
'Someone better shut up!' (Said in a singsong voice)
'... I'm leaving!'
'You can't, you're in my mind remember.'
'...' (Starts listening to inner Ipod)
"Can we just start training already!" Sasuke said returning to the real world.
"Oh yeah! I forgot to tell you! We won't be training today." Kakashi replied.
"What!!!!!!" all three genin replied.
"Instead we are all going to get some ramen!"
"RAMEN!!!!!!!!"
"Hn..."
"You made us wake up at dawn and wait three hours for just to get ramen!!"
"Yes, yes I did."
The Sauke and Sakura silently cursed at their sensei.
