"The forest is wonderful, today!" A elderly white tom cat mewed to a slightly older and smaller grey-blue she-cat, who was walking next to him. She didn't reply. The white cat stopped. "BlueStar, you must be brave. TigerStar is-"
"TigerStar is what?!" BlueStar snarled with the fur on her shoulders pricked. The tom sighed and sat down. "He has went to join ShadowClan. You heared FireHeart after the last Clearing. He is the new leader, so he wouldn't bother us again." His tail tapped his leader's flank but was suddenly pushed away with BlueStar's forepaw. "WhiteStorm, we have to stay away from ShadowClan from now on. They have a traitor for a leader." The she-cat also sat down. "They are not to be trusted with anything." WhiteStorm blinked. "TigerStar is too busy with helping ShadowClan become healthy again, besides that might take moons before they are even fit to make it to Clearings properly." He tried to at least make BlueStar let her fur lie flat over her underweight frame. BlueStar stayed silent for what seemed like moons when she looked at the long thick scar that scored across her two sholder blades. "Do you remember when I got this scar? Was it when we fought for Sunning Rocks or when I fell through the twoleg's silver bramble nest?"
"The second one. That was horrible when they captured GoldenFlower, but we managed to save her thanks to StormTail and AdderFang. They were good warriors." BlueStar blinked. "So, was SnowFur." WhiteStorm flinched at the mention of his mother. "SnowFur was a good mother to you, WhiteStorm. You've grown into a fine warrior. SnowFur would be proud." The old tom purred and and stood back up. "Let's go back to camp. We don't want to be out of camp for long." BlueStar trembled as she got to her paws and heavily padded back to camp with WhiteStorm following behind her.
