(A/N) Okay i'm new at this and this is my first fan fic. So bearwith me and my Bff is over so we're makin' it krazy. Okay at the cave scene in shadow kissed Dimitri didn't get turned but a family got captured and only one survived. So tell me what you think and review.

SPOV (Samantha Kinley-Mcool)
"Get up now", an unfamiliar voice was telling me. When I opened my eyes I was looking into the eyes of evil. Two others restraining my mom and dad. I did as I was told, and he put his hand on my neck so I couldn't fight back. He pushed us into a car and an half hour later we were being led into a cave. Then he waved his hand at the two others holding my parents, they nooded and sunk their teeth into my parents necks and killed them.
"NOOO!" I screamed at the top of my lungs, crying and screaming. He then thrust me into a chair,
"What are you?" he asked like he already knew.
"A Dhampire" I answered with a duh face.
"Fine don't tell the truth", he said in a creepy calm voice. Then he kicked me in my shin bone. I heared a sickening crack and for some reason I got an Adrenaline rush remembering that Daddy had given me a silver stake that I slept with I pulled it out and staked him. He fell and I bolted for the entrance, seeing others and tripping over dead bodies overwelmed me. I shouted for help and with my luck the other two Strigoi came after me. I was punching and kicking and swinging my stake I managed to kill them just before two other Dhampires came.
RPOV We saw a girl that had appearantly tried to get our attention, her leg looked like it was at an unnatural angle and she was covered in scratches and cuts. Two Strigoi tried to get her but she fought them off in the time it took us to get there. "Are you okay?" I asked her, but I kinda already knew she wasn't.
DPOV "I think my leg is broken" she answered Rose.
"But who are you guys?" she asked with precaution.
"I'm Dimitri Belicov and this" I said pointing to Rose," Is Rose Hathaway", I finished.
"Okay" she aswered looking relieved for some reason.
"Can we look at you leg?" I asked so I knew how serious it was. She had a look of pure fear on her face, fear and pain.
"S-sure" she stuttered. We called Alberta and told her that we were alive and we found some one. "OKay in 10 minutes we'll have a ride to the academy" I told them. We had her sit down by the side of the road and I took my pocket knife and cut her jeans up to her knee. It was a mess the bone was sticking out and it was bleeding. I guess she was in shock, because she started crying. and sqirming. It took us until Alberta got there to calm her down. Eddie, Christian, and Lissa were in the van, too. Eddie moved the seats back so we could lay her down. SPOV Every thing hurt, I was crying, sqirming, and trying not to have a panic attack. The ride Dimitri called for was here and I was being loaded into the van. Then I passed out after the door was closed.
