those are words you remember from your long gone childhood
and there is a part of you that knows you should think
weren't you meant for better things?
but those are thoughts that only come over you
when you're at your weakest point
because this life

it's so much more
than anything you could
ever have imagined

or dreamed of
the feeling of the blood rushing through your veins
