Jaune's lunch went into the trash can with a repulsive noise. His nausea was acting up again.
The armored companion with the bastard sword on his back popped a sigh at this. Jaune told him he wasn't very fond of airships before the ride, and this was probably why.
Maybe taking his mind off puking would help him.
"Yo, Jaune?"
"Ah.. What, Freud?"
A silent gesture; inconspicuous but with dubious intent.
"Rate each of those two girls over there on a scale of 1 to 10."
Raised eyebrows. "Why?"
"Might get your mind off straight up puking. Also, I'm genuinely curious in your taste in girls."
Jaune shrugged. It was worth a try.
Jaune took a gander at the two ladies in the direction of his armored company, and was gifted a beautiful sight. A short girl with short red hair and an accompanying wardrobe of red and black stood, perky face in a comic relief tone; a slightly taller girl with long yellow locks, slightly promiscuous clothing (also yellow), and mesmerising eyes, also standing and conversing.
"This game is actually really hard," Jaune admitted.
"You're telling me," the armored youth replied.
"Umm… Red gets an 8, I guess. She looks bubbly and all happy, which i guess pretty cute.."
"Oh, yeah, I forgot that's what you like…"
"Ah?" The other boy chuckles in response.
"Underage and innocent?" Jaune blushed and the boy laughed his head off. "What's a roofie, Jaune-sempai? Will this make me feel good, Jaune-sempai? What's that you're pulling out of your-"
"Aw Freud, come on-"
"I'm kidding, I'm kidding. But Yellow though… Solid 9? Solid 9.5?"
"What are we even rating?"
"Everything! All!, but real though, OH F-"
The two girls took a passing look at the two, who all of the sudden decided it was a good time to casually whistle and read the newspaper.
As soon as they looked away, however, Freud pressed on. "Real, though. Rating on Yellow, though."
"Ah… Probably… Nah, maybe…"
"First number that comes to your mind between 1 and 10 that relates to the woman you're looking at."
"That's incredibly specific for first things that come you your mind."
"Why are you sassing me? I thought we went over sass, bro."
"8.5! Are you happy?"
"Reasons?"
"She's… Attractive… Erm, to the eyes… But, uhh, she kinda seems like one of those people who blows up at anything?"Jaune shrugged.
"True, true."
A television broadcasts, interrupting whatever else the two boys had to say, reporting about a man stealing Dust from a store.
"That's real. I'm about to take that man's outfit though, I swear to god."
"He's pretty snazzy, huh?"
The airship stops.
"Ay, we got you through it! All me, of course."
Jaune smiles.
"Of course."
