Chimes rang in the afternoon on this warm and sunny day. Ian was resting in his chair, just relaxing outside of his home. Everything he had to do was done earlier than usual. Finally, after a few days and such, he could peacefully enjoy the surrounding nature and feel at home.
The landscape around the Scottish man was outstanding. No, that wasn t the word. It was breathtaking. His house laid in the outskirts of Edinburgh, right where the city meet nature. Everytime Ian was able too, he d come out here, even if it was just for a while, to relish and take in the sounds and sights around him.
Ian? A familiar voice called. Turning around, he let a small grin come to his face. Standing right up against the doorframe was someone that looked, if not was, like him. Alasdair was his name, or Alas for short.
Alas, w at are you doing out here? He asked.
Wonderin where you were. You suddenly poofed once I started talking to you. A small chuckle came out of Ian s mouth as he stood up, brushing his hands over his clothing.
I was just out here, enjoying nature and such. He said as he walked over to Alasdair, that smile of his not leaving.
As shown. Alasdair laughed, placing an arm around his twin s shoulders. C mon, I ll fix you something to eat. He said, gently tugging Ian into the house, shutting the door behind them.
Insuperable twins, one country, who would ask for more from these two, other than their compassion for people and their culture?
