A teenager sat alone during recreational, watching the other teens playing basketball and crack jokes with each other. Everyone had more friends. Even Shinki. He had just been transferred back to Konoha from Kumo, or as it was more commonly referred to as, The Hidden Cloud Village. He was there to attend an advanced training program. When he returned, everything was different. His friends wouldn't speak to him, his brother was always gone with Boruto and his father had stopped writing from his cave laboratory. His boarding family was the Inuzuka clan. He loved all their dogs and showed great respect for everyone in the household, though that's beside the point. He had good social skills, persuading even geniuses like Kakashi Hatake to train him with little protest. It was his odd appearance most people turned away from. His black hair was much like that of his father's in pigmentation and texture, though he wore a it in a style quite similar to Mitsuki's. Over his left eye was a large curse mark that went from his hairline to just above the left side of his lip. Speaking of his eyes, they were black as night. His skin was the same color as Orochimaru's as he was one of the later clones. He was different however, as he actually was born by more conventional means. He knew he must've reminded people of his father, as most people called him 'Snake' behind his back. As he hung upside down on a tree branch, he noticed another teen running in his direction, Byakugan activated. He noticed the Boruto following quite quickly. Brother and sister, he assumed. He then reached down and pulled her out of the area where a vanishing rasengan would boulder through a wall. She smiled and gave him a soft thanks as he swung down and began to talk Boruto down. This worked far too easily for him to be comfortable with, and Boruto quickly left, getting back to practice. He used his Soft Physique Modification to lift the girl down out of the tree and down onto solid ground. "You are... Himawari?" He asked, voice smooth as his fathers. She gave a small nod. "Yes. And you are..." She giggled, looking at him. "I'm sorry... What's your name?" He looked at her and scratched his neck. "Nathaniel. I suppose... Oro?" She reached out and shook his hand. "Why were you alone just now?" He only looked at her and shrugged. "Probably because I have no friends besides Kiba... And Tamaki... But they have their own life..." She tilted her head. "Well we're friends now... So shush..." He nodded and she led him to a bench, where they sat and talked the period away. He was surprised at how sharp she was, able to keep up with even the stuff his class was doing. "Not even Sarada is this smart, Himawari... You're genius..." His phone buzzed and startled him, causing him to drop his notes. He then turned to the Uzumaki. "I have to go... I'll see you later, Maybe?" She nodded and leaned in a bit to stop mere inches away from the male's face, getting a satisfactory blush from him. "Definitely." And with that, she walked away.
