Rose looks up at The Doctor "Where to next?"
He looks down at the TARDIS controls then starts to put something in. "Let's make it a surprise" he says looking up at her with a tight smile. She gave a nod and waited as the familiar sound of the whooshing of the TARDIS came on. She smiled waiting for a new adventure, despite how many times she's nearly gotten killed and when she saw her dad die and maybe when she thought The Doctor died. Despite all of that, she loves it.
"Here!" He says jogging towards the door. He opens it and gestures for Rose to come out. She smiles then eagerly steps out and gasps at the sight.
"T-this is...the place where we." She says slightly shocked. The Doctor smiles his famous smile and nods "Yup..."
"Why are we here?" She says looking around confused now.
"I want to start all over. Since I'm not going to travel with you anymore, well not like this." He says slowly making his way towards her, hand in pockets.
"What? I don't understand..."
"There's a thing we Time lord's do. We regenerate. We never want to change bur we have to." He says looking her straight in her the eyes. She start to tear up "Are you leaving me?"
"No. Well this ol' face is but I'm not." He then bent over in pain with a grunt "STAY BACK" he warns her carefully. She takes the step she took forward back.
"I just want to let you know that you were fantastic, absolutely fantastic. And you know what? So was I!" he says then regenerates into the 10th. Rose stands there shocked and confused on what just happened. She leans forward to touch him
"Doctor?" she asks tentatively. He holds up a hand and runs it through his hair
"Alright I got hair" moves his tongue around "New teeth, weird and I'm a man! Am I a ginger?"
She shakes her head and he groans. "I've always wanted to be a ginger! Anyways, yes Rose Tyler, it is I" he said flashing a grin.
"But... never mind. So are we just gonna stand here in the cold or are we gonna go have some adventures?"
"Wait, I have to recover first, then we will okay?" Rose nods then grins eagerly. They both run into the TARDIS and with his permission due to the fact he looks like he's going to pass out, she enters in the information to go back home. She gave another bright grin at the thought of new adventures. As The Doctor passed out she gave a little giggle at him. She hopes he's the same person on the inside. As they arrived she picks him up and groaned at his weight. She quickly pushed open the door and fell over her feet. Mickey helps her up then looks down "Who's that?"
"It's The Doctor."
Jackie raised an eyebrow but Rose quickly dismisses her.
"I'll explain later. Now, help me take him in the house."
Kay, that sucked. I also don't own the 9th's last words. You watched the show you know they're his yada yada yada
